New Pools Sydney Manly
Working with the owner “Developer” & builder this one of a kind residential project was constructed to the highest commercial standards.
The pool sits on Embleton Springs to avoid the vibration passing through the reinforced structure of the building. Built on the roof of the 4th level, overlooking Manly Beach, was heavily engineered with N20 reinforced steel at 200mm centers each way x 2 layers, double formwork & vibrated 40MPa concrete.
Finished with custom Travertine sized slabs over 1200mm in length x 900mm in width, full Laticrete acrylic rendering, waterproofing & epoxy grouting system completes the Ezarri glass tiled finish.
The entire pool turns into a spa with a push of a button from your phone. In fact, the client can be in the city, turn on their app, heat the pool and have it ready for when the owners return home after a long day.
