Every project follows five stages, and we keep you informed at each one.
- Consultation. We visit the property, discuss how you plan to use the pool and assess access, slope, soil or rock, and services. Consultations are obligation-free.
- Bespoke design. We prepare a design to suit the block, the house and your budget, with 3D design available.
- Structural and hydraulic planning. Qualified engineers prepare the structural design. We plan pipework, flow rates, equipment and the plant room.
- Construction. Excavation, steel reinforcement and concrete, followed by coping, interior finishes and surrounds, with electrical work and specialist plumbing by qualified trades.
- Filtration, sanitation and finishing. We commission the equipment, balance the water and show you how to run your pool.
The timeline depends on design, site conditions, approvals and scope. You receive a project timeline with your quote, along with an explanation of what could affect it. New pools in NSW must also meet safety fencing requirements and be registered on the NSW Swimming Pool Register.
