Boutique Renovation on the Water – Sans Souci
Due to the position of the pool & level of Georges River water, draining the pool required two submersibles at once whilst calculating low tide in conjunction with an empty pool.
The old structure had a fibreglass lined interior that was removed & the construction of a new swimout running the length of the entire pool.
All new hydraulics in 50mm, PN12 pressure pipe, core drilled & epoxy set through the walls of the pool & spa. New safety compliance to the spa floor suction required the old floor to be removed, re plumbed & re built to comply with AS1926-3-2011.
Complete new surrounds of the pool & spa, new plant room, filtration in coordination with home C-Bus system.
Acrylic rendering to the pool/spa, full Laticrete waterproofing system x 3 coats & Ezarri glass mosaic tiles complete the project.
All new lighting & heating was also changed to the latest specifications.
